Rent....Our Pasture Place
Nestled in a corner of the farm, our Pasture Place is a four-acre, natural retreat created around the old potter's shed that includes rolling pastures framed by tree-lined fences and the fish pond. Come and enjoy a private setting on a working farm, complete with domestic animals and a variety of wildlife. There is a picnic area shaded by two majestic maple trees, a large deck/bandstand, outdoor grill and volleyball. Open space for playing or just relaxing. This is a non-smoking, outdoor venue only, open from noon until dusk.

Space may be rented in two-hour blocks or for the entire day.
- Two-hour blocks: $150 up to first 15 people.
- Entire day: $300 up to first 100 people.
- Additional folks: $3.50 per person.
- Open venues, festivals, and small weddings: $400
Kids’ Birthday Parties

- Best suited for ages 4-10.
- Party length: 2 hours
- $100 minimum
- Two birthday parents free for every party
- $7 per child after eight children; $1 per adult after 2 adults.
- *Note: a $50 refundable trash and damage charge will be added to the minimum fee.
